Video of La Paz, La Paz, La Paz!

The festive Malecon of La Paz at night!

We stayed in La Paz for like what? 2 weeks? Shouldn’t we have a ton of footage from there? We should. But we don’t. I like to think that we were just constantly in the moment & didn’t think much of filming anything. -Which I think is partly true.

The other part of the truth is that we were living more day to day life. Exploring some but mostly working on the boat, meeting other cruisers & focusing on food. I think half of this video is of us either going to the market or going out to eat at a restaurant. I mean it had been a little over a whole week since we left San Jose del Cabo. And we had only eaten at 2 restaurants between there & La Paz!

In all seriousness, La Paz was quite a bit more affordable than San Jose del Cabo. So we did spoil ourselves a little bit. Although, if I remember correctly, we spoiled ourselves a bit also in San Jose del Cabo. I guess we felt less guilty about doing that in La Paz.

Anyway, check out the video. -And know that we will actually be back in La Paz towards the end of the year. So, I will make a much better effort to film the world around us then.

This is where I’m leaving it for this week. -You know, to give you a chance to catch up on anything you’ve missed in the last few months. If you want to read the blog on La Paz, as a supplement to the video, check it out here: https://www.svmersea.com/blog/la-paz

“Mommy wanted me to write something for the blog this week but I have writer’s block!”

Thanks for reading this short, little blurb of a blog. Get ready for next week though, where I’ll reminisce about our time spent in Puerto Escondido! There should be many words & many photos. -In fact I should probably start on that right now. Have a wonderful week & may you have the opportunity to sleep in on one day!

***Oh, & if for some reason you haven’t been getting the weekly newsletter, check your spam. We switched formats a few months ago & I don’t know if everyone’s email has picked up on the fact that you are still getting the same newsletter but just in a different format. Not subscribed?
