Wanna See A Sailboat Get Hauled Out?

Wednesday, March 13th, 2024 - The day MerSea made her land debut in Mexico!

Wow! In a month we’ll be reunited with MerSea in Puerto Penasco & putting her back in the water. (Yes, I’m trying to be a little more current on this blog/videos.)

Are we ready to do this for another season? Yes! I am very ready to get on the boat & start sailing south. I hope I fall back into sailing life easily. I think I will. Land life has been hard.

Anyway, we have a video out now to show you what hauling out was like. I was nervous, but the guys at the boatyard are pros. Click on the photo below to see:

That’s going to be pretty much it for this week. I had to purchase a new computer so that I can continue making videos. -The one I was using just couldn’t handle storage all of the footage I downloaded to it to make & edit the videos. Anyway, it just took me a long time to finagle editing the latest video on that computer. So I didn’t have time to throw out any more exciting stuff. But hopefully you’ll all enjoy the video!
